A example: In the newest game I have going, while I was busy playing my Sim guy, Sims 4 generated the following townies: 4 single Elder Sim households, 3 typical Sim households (2 adult Sims, husband and wife and a teen Sim-usually a male), 8 SINGLE BLACK MOTHER households (as described above), 3 single ADULT male Sim households and 1 (thats right) ONE single YA female household. Most of the time, as I said I have to start adding single YA female Sims from CAS.
