Townie is Weirdo Question
I want to turn my designated Landlord into a playable character. Do they have a special is "weirdo" trait that keeps them from aging? I had a list a while back but I cannot find it.

Within the limitations of what paradiseplanet said, you can just shift click on them with testingcheats on and add them to your family, then use manage worlds to move him/her out on their own.
