Townie is Weirdo Question
I want to turn my designated Landlord into a playable character. Do they have a special is "weirdo" trait that keeps them from aging? I had a list a while back but I cannot find it.

Do the landlords get replaced with a new one after the old one becomes a family member? In one save the landlord is quite cute and one of my Sims there has taken a shine to him. I am planning on having him move in but I have been a bit vary.
