Actually since the last patch, I've found a more reasonable dress code at the festivals, sans geek festival. I still see an occasional turban or two but overall, the townies, NPCs aren't too bad, thank heaven. I was even so desperate I was throwing them into MC CAS right and left to keep my eyes from bleeding. :D Even the street walkers have decent outfits on.
Ha~! I have seen some improvements on the festivals (though townies might even be a bit too matchy matchy.)
I still need that fix for the 'fake' hot topic vampires walking about or even the actual vampires pre-mades at that still changing clothes. Maybe some day~
