i am now level 7 doctor and now I'm ready for a promotion and I can't seem to be able to give a lot of guaranteed diagnoses. It gives me the option for a compelling diagnoses but sometimes they're wrong. I need to give surgery to 3 patients and I can't give them all a guaranteed diagnoses to perform the surgeries I need to get done to be promoted. ??
