Trash in Mua Pel Am

I cleaned up the island 100% and moved my sim to one of the lots in Mua Pel Am. Now there is still trash to clean up everyday. Is that normal? I thought once it was cleaned, you wouldn’t have to pick ...

I'm playing a conservationist right now, and she's happy the island is still producing trash, for her daily tasks :)
