Trendi? Police Uniform not viewable in certain CAS households

I created 4 police clubs and I couldn't set the outfits for 2 of the clubs. I had to take the 2 leaders and place them in a house where the police uniform was showing up in CAS. I suspect it's not sho...

Are all the club members in the detective career?

If I remember it correctly, there used to be a glitch where police uniform became locked again once you reached high enough level...
