I checked nearly everybody in Oasis Spring and the chain was visible in 3 of the CAS households. I think this is related to the new Trendi feature and I would like to suggest a gameplay opt-in option for all the CAS items to show up. I was trying to create a new character with this gold chain and it wasn't there but when I used another new character it was there. This was even before they had a house to live in. I thought maybe if I checked "locked" filter in CAS that all missing items would show up but it didn't. I took my sim to the house where I was able to find the police uniform and the gold link chain was there too in CAS.
