Try City Living Free For The Weekend

So much for the speculation :/
Now I really have no idea what the next pack will be about!

It's cool that new players can try it out though!

City Living is my favorite pack and I think it's super cool people get to try it. I'm looking forward to trials of other packs I don't own yet. It's a great way for people to really check out what is offered in a pack and experience how it will affect your gameplay without being stuck with it if it's not for you.

They've been hinting at dragons pretty hard, so we can always speculate about Torch.

I bought City Living on sale when I bought the game almost two years ago now.
It is nice for people who don't have the pack, or those who are debating whether to get the pack. Which is basically the same thing, but they can test it out.
I also don't regret buying it when I did, but it would have been fun to be able to explore the pack before I bought it.
I hope they do Eco Lifestyle, because I don't have that pack. I don't really want it, because I don't want pollution in my worlds, but would like to test it out.

Yeah...let them play the second worst EP pack for the game for free. lol

Worst EP?? Yikes what did city living do to you guys.. It’s one of my faves, apartments are great fun and the BB I would call essential even. If you could only play one EP, city living would keep you going for ages. I just wish they had given us working elevators.

However super disapointed at the redacted tweets thing turning out to be a free trial. Boo trolling the fans like that ?

For some players who have played the older versions, they had more freedom with creating apts than CL. You was not restricted to having apts in one city or pack and also you cannot built from scratch. I was sorry that I got the pack even though I did not pay full price for it so for me the pack is gimped.

As a player who has done the bolded part, I agree that the limitations are very annoying , BUT , I still like that EP a lot, and like living in apartments :)

It makes sense the free trials are for older packs. No way will ea allow them for the new ones as it would take away money from them. City living is a good pack it’s my favourite ep for sims 4 and I play it’s features all the time. I don’t understand the hate for it and I’m getting very tired of seeing comments on people who have played older versions know how much better the older versions were. I’ve played the game since sims 1 and city living is one of my all time favourite packs for the franchise and is finally a city pack I have enjoyed playing.
