Trying to get a ghost to move in
I need to get my sims dead husband to move in as a playable ghost, they have quite a high relationship but there is no option to move in, I cannot propose as the option is greyed out with the message ...

Also kids and teens who die and come back as ghosts come back failing school (or at much reduced grade level if they aren't failing), which I don't think should be happening. Hmm. Yeah, I'm going to mention that later in the ask a guru thread.
