Trying to purchase a Cafe
I'm trying to get my sims to purchase a Cafe but it says Sims can only purchase unowned businesses or unoccupied residential lots. What can I do ?

I'm fairly sure we can't buy the cafes. We can create them with some creativity I think (I'm not overly creative myself) but the ones already in the game aren't ownable. I would love to be wrong! I hope someone comes in and tells me I'm totally wrong, but I sadly don't think I am. :'(
