It's gotta be a country thing. Maybe your country charges tax on internet purchases and even if it's free, they're trying to get their tax? I have no idea but I'd definitely go to their help desk and find out what's going on (EA's or Origins).

My feelings for this pack sure have changed now that it's free.

I really like the muted colors. I wish there was more furniture but it's free, so I'm good.

I built a bunch of adobe houses in Oasis Springs during my "rebuild all the worlds while I wait for wants/fears and all the other bugs to be fixed" phase. These items will look so good in those lots.

That's how I redeemed mine. Had to update my payment info and then redeem for 0.00

i was going to get it anyway but free is better i had already bought the kids pack but now i won't have to fight with mom over 9 dollars. 2 kits

no i downloaed it from orgin. i have the app but i hate it so i download from orgin just luke always.
