What I'd really like is:

*Space/futuristic
*Vacation/theme park/hotels
*A town with one big lot. Perhaps like Newcrest - empty except this one big lot. The maximum size possible taking into account performance restrictions. You could make a castle, mall, small village. Real sandbox!
