TS4 hints at "unexpected" expansion packs coming in 2020

They seemed to be hinting at Royalty. Are they plotting a new Royalty Pack? Aside from decent ball gowns and formal attire, I would love to see a decent tiara. That is if the tiara acts as a hat and not tied to one silly hairstyle like the cat ears. I am also hoping for some decent men's boots and and women's high heels. Then there is the furniture... Royalty Pack seems like something to look forward to. However, I'd prefer a Hot Topic Pack.
