In Get Together, the reason it was classed as an EP was because it added the Club System, which took a lot of programming and has changed the game for the long-term.
I will concede that maybe the coding for Getting Famous might take a lot of effort and change a lot of gameplay throughout. But I'm suspicious that it might not.
