Overall I will say that I'm am on the fence. Do I feel like this pack could of been in a game pack no not at all. I do feel like acting could be a game pack and fame as well could be a game pack, that is if fame is expensive enough, but I don't fully feel like the two together make a epic. It just seems like it needs something more like maybe one more career.
I have been looking for any information I can find on the pack and based on what I have read and heard it seems like they have decided to go all out in acting. Your sim has to go to audtion and prepare for the role by working on their acting skill, looking the part and memorizing lines. Your sim also has to join a talent agency, most likely the talent agency will tell your sim a role is available and send you a script and probably a brief description of what they would prefer you to look like. Once your sim is at the audition your sim will be evaluated based on their acting skill, appearance and whether you had them read their lines. Based on the trailer itself it seems like there will multiple scenarios/roles your sim will experience and your sims will do commercials, TV shows and even movies and just how active or how much control you'll have over your sims performance is unknown. Just based on this alone it seems like acting could be one of the most expanded careers we've seen so far.
When it comes to fame however their is no telling just how detailed it is besides the what we've seen from the trailer. Fans, paparazzi, exclusive VIP clubs/parties all fun but what are these perks and what are the downsides. Fame is also suppose to change how all the other careers function. We know their are careers in base and other eps where fame will work hand in hand but will it be different based on what career you've chosen. I would expect social media celebrities would have many perks and sports athletes to have a lot perks but writers though famous aren't treated with the same level of fame same with bodybuilders though famous in their field and community they aren't well known outside of it, and politicians they tend to have lot of fame but just as much backlash. This is probably where the reputation part comes in as we know that one of the coming livestreams will focus on fame and reputation.
