I'm looking forward to the livestream showing off a bit more of the systems (romantic satisfaction, romantic dynamics, turn ons/offs, planning a date). There's a lot of gameplay in those areas that we still haven't learned much about. Cupid's Corner seems to have been covered a lot in the first 2 trailers. Typically the livestream is 1-2 hours, with the last one being just an hour. I know they can't get everything in. I'm also looking forward to seeing EA Gamechangers early access videos once the embargo lifts.
