TS4 Lovestruck Positive Thoughts Discussion

I'm excited about the base game updates.  Especially the romantic boundaries.  And after hearing the explanations about how the different romance related systems work in the pack, I think I would like them more than I originally imagined.  Might look for mods to tweak a few things, but I feel like I could work with these.

I like the romantic gifts, a lot of the build and CAS stuff and the cute new cuddling interactions a lot.

If this pack isn't buggy, I'm definitely interested.  But, still want to wait until I see for real what it's like.

I haven't watched the livestream so I'd be really grateful if anyone can give me an update on a couple of things.

Anything on the career, especially whether there are two strands to it or just one?

Also, anything on the premades, but especially the one (or more) who are in the new career?

The reason I ask is I want to create one or more new sims pursuing the career, maybe one romantic and one cynic who's only in it for the money. Any info much appreciated.

In the thread there is an option to change the arrangment of posts: the default is Most Liked, but you can change it to Oldest or Newest as well. I just spotted it myself so I don't know your preference will be remembered, or has to be changed for every thread. 

I would like to know if those flowers can be placed in a vase on a surface afterwards. A memory from the date. Well, if the date was successful, that is...

When does the embargo for the youtubers lift? Does anybody know?

I wonder if we will get random date requests from the dating app. That would be cool. ;)

I haven't seen the livestream yet but I've picked up on some of the goodies coming in this pack via reading, and it looks very good for players who've been wanting more romance options in their game.  I admit I'm pretty charmed by a few of the interactions like cuddle in bed and feeding chocolates.  I will probably be getting it when it goes on sale.  Right now I'm still occupied with For Rent and honestly haven't even fully explored Horse Ranch yet.  I am however super excited about the stuff coming with the update.  If we truly can paste accessories, makeup and such across outfits I might actually weep with joy.  Now that is something I've been wanting for ages!

Right now I have to try to find a thread that might help this old fogie figure out this place better.  I'm bewildered by the fact that the posts are not in order.  They skip from days ago to hours ago to minutes ago seemingly at random.  I have no idea which post is the most recent.  Can't they just go in straight chronological order?
