TS4 Royalty & Legacy Expansion Pack

So Dynasty play looks pretty good. I know it's pretty similar to the Club system regarding setup but it also has the Prestige and Unity systems attached so that gives it a lot more detail.  I love the family crest options! 

Does this mean that scandals are locked within Dynasties or can "outsiders" also acquire dirt on dynasty Sims?

I have a family that I've used the club system to allow them to gather together in places but now I can make them a Dynasty instead which should be fun. 😊
