In term of lore, Goth family is known for their link with the occult like Addams family.
So the first thing you should change is the Dynasty skills :
- Medium skill (SP18 Paranormal Stuff)
- Thanatology skill (EP17 Life & Death)
- and maybe Apothecary skill (EP19 Enchanted by Nature)
About the Landgraab dynasty, you could add :
- Programming skill to hack Lothario Trust Funds for example.
- Entrepreneur skill (EP12 High School Years)
Research & Debate skill (EP08 Discover University) to convince people
Like with community lot categories in a new world, I think they stayed with base game skills for the dynasties. The pack can't include all EP specific skills, so yes, editing these two dynasties is a good idea. For ideals it might be a better mach, as they ought to be R&L pack specific.
