I've never been a fan of the FOMO pre-order items, but I'm really happy about the kit bundle. Like you can still get the kits later at full price, but this gives you an incentive to get content matching the EP, and get a good deal. This is way more player-friendly and it makes me more willing to buy the pack on release.
Sword-fighting is a 10-level skill. I don't know how they could develop it all that much, but I'm excited to see. I love having forms of sport and competition in the sims, and I've been hoping for sword stuff ever since the Sims 2 days.
