These are three crests of royal lineages, me thinks ;p So one is an exotic kingdom from a warm world, another is a regular European kingdom and the third one with sea horse is from Atlantis xD Right ?XD
I thought the same originally, but now I think those emblems are for the 3 hoods, reflecting the local dynesty's coat of arms. It seems when founding a dynesty we will choose a family symbol.
Now I think the sea horse is just the symbol of the Thebe dynesty. Maybe a sea horse once reflected the pirate activity in the early years of the dynesty's history. Ref Princess Cordelia and her many pirate/explorer partners.
So, sorry, but probably no underwater kingdom, as we already saw the Thebe palace.
