Re existing saves, my plan is to wait for UI cheat mod to update. This mod allows you to adjust career levels among many other settings, and makes it possible for me to place all my most important nobility into the new career and make sure their rank stays the way I want. For future generations I will cheat only if needed to meet the system I am already playing in my current save.
Same! I hope this is a thing that I can easily cheat up because my current "royal fam" save is like 3yrs old and it's demotivating thinking about restarting everything again lol.
