Personally, I feel the TS4 team needs to continue branching out and add more themed packs or kits that many can relate to.
Building themed destinations is something that I really enjoy. So far, the only one I have in my game is my Stars Wars strip which my Sims do visit often.
Both kits will enable me to create some really nice themed bedrooms for children. Planning on building a SpongeBob themed family vacation/resort rental. Happy they added the build items needed to build a pineapple structure. I think I will name my resort--The Pineapple.
