TS4: What I'd Like To See In 2019

EP's Still waiting on University and Tropical/Beach world (with ocean swimming!). The dangled possibility of a Farm Pack with polls has me really hyped that it will come one day. I personally also don't care if they add horses but that's me. A futuristic pack with Servos is also a dream for me and could fit into EP size depending on the premise and how it's expanded.. or maybe in a GP.

GP's I hope they do more Supernaturals in this. I want witches but also looking forward to other types. I think they fit the GP size so well.
I hope one day we get a motel/hotel pack also I want the tools to make my own. Personally, I don't think a huge resort will run well and can't imagine the bugs/glitches with a lot of NPC's so please, please give us the option to make smaller functional hotels and motels and B&plum. Would love to be able to stick them into any world type also and not have it limited to one area.
I also very much want to make my own Boarding Schools or even just themed schools for younger Sims. Maybe these tool/make it your own ideas could fit in a GP, maybe not. I don't think that idea can be crammed into a University theme though.

Other ideas I really want I'm not sure how they would fit size wise:
-Birds. I want them in cages to take care of.. I want smaller ones to be able to fly off if you're not careful with them. I want bigger birds that our sims can interact with and teach to talk like parrots or cockatoos.
-Death/Ghosts I also really want some pack that expands on where sims go after they die. I want an underworld. Our sim ghosts could go there or to the normal sim world. Would be really neat if a living sim could access it also. An expansion on how we interact with Grimmy would be great also.. and some added changes to ghosts in general or our interactions with them expanded on through it. Annnd funerals.
-Hobbies Pack-Just more anything canning, jewelry making, sewing, juice making, sport activities.. more, more, more!
-Romance Pack - Bed cuddles and other romantic themes.
-Dance Pack - I want couple dancing but also other types of dancing where sims face their partner.

World types I want include rural, swamp and beach.

I also want Spiral Stairs, L shaped stairs, smaller telescopes, and microscopes. More nightwear especially nightgowns for women. More suits for men that don't end above the ankle. More underwear/lingerie choices. More facial skin overlays for adding lines or shading. More normal blush and lipstick options.
Cars, yes cars. Sims 2 style for the most part ... I want to make a mechanic, have hobbies and make a working garage. I do want to be able to fix them up or buy them ready to go.

I'll think of more but this is good to start ;)..
Oh and while you're at it add in Fear as an emotion to the game ;)..
