Turning the screen in tab mode
In the Sims 3, and in tab mode, we were able to turn our camera to get a different angle by pressing Shift + A or D. I don't mean moving it up or down, or side to side, I mean turning the camera on it...

When on tab mode, use "A" and "D" without holding down Shift to rotate the camera from the side. And also "Q" and "E" to move up and down.
Alternatively, you can just move your mouse while on Tab mode.
Make sure you are using TS3 camera settings just in case cuz that's the settings I used.
