I have almost 200 hundred sims in my game. More frequent twin pregnancies began in my game very recently ( I check with MCCC mod and reduce to 1 most of the times). But I added MCCC mod also very recently ( end of May). Before MCCC mod I had twins only with help of cheats ( fertility trait, massage ) and my towns were empty, mostly ghosts lived in most houses.
