Actually rotational play because its the only way you can play the Sims 4 with a dumb town, anyways I had 1 family have identical twins, and another family had non identical twins, you can tell when they are identical because they will have them at the same time at least in the GTW hospital, I never had the chance without GTW, but in the original hospital if they have identical twins they will go into a different baby machine thing and someone will join the doctor and go to the other machine and when they at born the you will be able to name both babies at the same time, but if they are not identical you will get popups separately.
