The point of this pack is not to finish the quest and visit every spot including the temple. There is no "end" point. The idea is to revisit and each trip will be slightly different. S3 had an end point and then the adventure was over. Here, you can revisit as often as you like and it will be different.
Not that different though, it's still pretty limited (and I laugh a bit about the 'temple reset every time' thing because who cares what it looks like? It's still the same 'examine - unlock gate - examine - unlock gate' boring, repetitive pattern.
