Ugly children
Has anyones Sim children ever grow up to be kinda… ugly? Do you ever fix that or just deal with it?

I fix them. Usually, I use card.fulleditmode when they age up to toddlers to see what they’ll look like as YA and fix what needs fixing if it’s too bad. I’m okay with them looking a bit wonky as kids, but I want them to eventually look okay.
