People named some great ones here that I agree with.
My own addition would be finding some gorgeous, spooky, Victorian or Vampire builds that, for some reason, have these floofy child/baby rooms in them and the darn playground in the yard. It kind of ruins the theme of the place and I have to spend time renovating it to be consistent and child-free. But I can't really complain too much because I really do appreciate what these builders can accomplish and I'm not very good at building myself. :p
