Um rainbow and sun over child sims head (never mind!)

So my step daughter came home from school today with a rainbow and sun over her head, i've never seen this before in the game and was utterly confused. I don't know if this has always been in the game...

I think you are living in a place with a lot trait. I think its related to "good schools" maybe, but definitely a lot trait.

Edit: changed better to good (schools)
