Unable to complete the Aspirations "Master Mixologist" if player chooses The Master Chef branch

Sims cannot change the branch, so after chosen The Master Chef branch in its career, this sims can never complete the goal "Join the Mixology Branch of the Culinary Career" in the "Master Mixologist" ...

You didn't say if you tried, but did you try quitting the job first then rejoining?
