Unable to purchase ANY packs?
In Sims 4 opening screen where all the packs are. Try to purchase pack and I get a box come up 'Whoops! Something went wrong. Check back soon' Keeps on happening?

- I’m not sure why it wouldn’t be working, but if you haven’t already, try just purchasing the packs through Origin directly, rather than the Sims 4 home page.
- Apart from the base game and one bundle I found at my local game store, I have bought every pack since then off Origin and haven't had any problems (so far, anyway). I didn't even know it was possible to buy it off the main Sim site :lol:

I've done both ways, but find it a lot easier on the main page in the sims game for some reason haha :) Maybe just cuz all the packs are listed there and for some reason Origin's store is painfully slow on my computer when searching- Not able to purchase ANY packs from Origin either? Why? I am fully registred?
