Unable to purchase ANY packs?
In Sims 4 opening screen where all the packs are. Try to purchase pack and I get a box come up 'Whoops! Something went wrong. Check back soon' Keeps on happening?

I’m not sure why it wouldn’t be working, but if you haven’t already, try just purchasing the packs through Origin directly, rather than the Sims 4 home page.
