Unfinished exterior apartment building walls

This is probably in the wrong section, but the wall on the outside of the building next to the kitchen and bathroom at 1020 Alto Apartments is still drywall under the windows. I noticed when I took the walls-down view while playing.

Edit: There's also a small section of siding missing a few feet down in the bedroom area of the exterior wall.
