Uni - student housing (lot category)

They don’t let you have stoves or grills, and only Uni students can live in them. You can also set it to only allow male or female students, or limit it by school (plus a few other things I can’t remember).

The lot type is what makes those houses different from regular residential lots. University Housing is the same lot type as the other dorms, so they have the same restrictions and benefits (if any) as the other dorms.

Ah, my bad! I was sure there was two different lot categories - one for dorms and one for the smaller uni housing. No idea why I thought so, and I'm glad they share the same category.

I never had students staying in the small houses at Ubrite, only in the bigger dorms + now I mostly use a residential house in Gibbs Hill as a dorm for my students. So, then I'll start planning using the two Ubrite houses for something else ;) Thanks for clearing that up!

Personally I use them to add fraternity and sorority houses, then on weekends I have them throw juice pong parties together. :D
