Yes, freelance or a job with the option to work from home is what I would pick too, for a university student.
Maybe even being a DJ since it’s at night time and you can pick and choose when you want to work, or playing an instrument at a park for tips. Another option is to get an easel, and just make money selling paintings, or selling your knitting or embroidering, or woodwork, candles, flower arrangements etc., if you have tables to work on in the dorms, commons, or library.
