The amount of special effects & animations unique to unicorns dictate whether or not true unicorn occults will be part of this pack. These elements can be costly as it involves special (rainbown??) auras for sims affected by unicorns and of course the unicorns themselves, animations & FX for blessings / curses, possible death by unicorn, and other visual assets that are not moodlets.
Despite all that, unless EAmaxis can reassure us that unicorn occults will be 100% part of an upcoming Fantasy GP, there is no reason not to include them in this pack. I truly hope these CAS items are more than ordinary horse accessories.
The following description with regard to breeding horses (offical Sims 4 blog) has me thinking:
"The very best part - Foals can be born on your ranch! That’s right, players can have their Horses nuzzle under the stars to make the perfect little Foal, a combination of both of its parents...and they may even unlock a unique Trait".
Nuzzle under the stars? What if this unique trait is the unicorn trait? Instead of having to find a unicorn we're challenged to breed one.
