University and population count increase?
I can't seem to find it, but with each expansion and maybe even game pack the game gets an increase of how much Sims you can have in one save before culling starts...Last I knew it was over 600 Sims.....

My max recommended is 150 but i go through once a week or so and delete all families I don't play or have as friends to my played sims lol
