University and population count increase?
I can't seem to find it, but with each expansion and maybe even game pack the game gets an increase of how much Sims you can have in one save before culling starts...Last I knew it was over 600 Sims.....

Wow how does you game run performance wise with so many sims? Do you get lag or anything? I have turned culling completely off in my game and I'm hoping I won't run into performance issues at any point.
I think the only things I have encountered are slow loading times and heavy usage of RAM... And I am not sure if that is something that maybe a lot of people encounter with old saves. I have not experienced any lag.
