University in other Neighborhoods

Yes! I'm building the University of Windenburg right now. You can create the housing, commons, all of it. Only issue I have is you have to create separate housing & separate commons for students of each uni as there are two types of commons and for housing you have to specify which students it's for. Unless you want to create an arts-only or STEM-only university. I'm just skipping the commons and adding the students lot trait to a cafe/gym/library/nightclub & then having two housing lots to make up my campus, so all degrees are covered. There is no rivalry, I pretend it's one cohesive university.
