Hi, I select which Sims from my save that I want to send to Uni. So far, I've taken as many as seven Sims to control. They all live in the same Dorm. I give each of them 4 classes per Term, so that by the end of the third Term, they graduate and are ready for the next phase of their lives. It takes a bit of concentration on my part, but I tend to get them into the Dorm on Friday night, so that they have the entire weekend to be ready for their first class in the Term. This is especially important, since one of my Sims is a Global Superstar, Rock Star, with an already full schedule and thriving career. Why is he in Uni, you ask? Because his father a professor at said University insists he have something to fall back on, should his career suddenly go South. (Task-Master.) LOL I use Wyvern Hall as that holds ten Sims. With seven Sims I control, that does leave three dormies I don't control. Plus, the Paparazzi often stops by to take endless photos of my Sim, even when he's asleep, to say nothing of his two Obsessed Fans (via Road to Fame mod, currently broken by the MWS pack). Some of the dormies are given to leaving odd notes upon occasion, and my Rock Star isn't exempt.
I put the Sims into the Dorm, one at a time (as I have yet to stumble upon a way to do it faster) and have them assigned to the bed I wish. Then I save and go back to whatever household I need to pull the next student. When I discovered the last time around how to revamp the dorm prior to their attendance, I actually put in fancy computers for each of my seven Sims. There is a nice way to lock them for just the preferred student. Adding Sims will eventually bump the original Sims assigned to that dorm, but no matter. I make certain every Sim I control has applied for Scholarships (yes, even my Frugal Rock Star) days before I plan on sending them. It's wild and crazy and while I make sure I have plenty of cool-down time (for me) I'm really starting to enjoy this iteration of Uni. Last go around, not to brag, but all seven pulled off a GPA of As. Some slipped in a class or two earing a B, instead of the coveted A, but averaged by all three Terms it made for that strong GPA.
I thought I was limited to one Core Class and one non-Core class, but then learned they can take up to Four Core Classes, which eliminates the non-Core class. Three Terms is about all I can handle. Oh, and I was advised and have taken it to heart, to stop aging for All when I've got kids in Uni. This way, they aren't expending much of their YA life just getting an education. :)
