Unplayable until fixed, please give us an ETA.

Politely blowing people off is still blowing them off. I don't buy the "it's too complitcated" for an ETA. I think you can do a little better then that.. Come on, give me a ball park. Are we talking a few days, a couple of weeks, or years. If you scoffed at the "years" then just look at the track record for bug fixes for the sims, it's not unheard of.

As a consumer of your product I expect more then "Sorry, we have no idea".
