Hmmm, snow depth is not an performance issue, it is just designed that way. I must say I find that funny being one will not put an 66 HP engine in an Lamborghini as an design in which it will not get many buyers. If it was not an performance issue I would not see any problem adding snow depth. However, it is what it is and EA/Maxis choice even though I think it is funny. :D
