Sure there are cases where an opinion might fit both categories, like "I don't like multitasking". But I'm not seeing how "I miss Open World", "Builder need more tools", and "We shouldn't have to rely on mods and cc to fix the game" are unpopular opinions.
I think it can be whatever you want it to be so there is no right answer. Like you can agree with some of the points the OP mentions or just make your own. Kind of open to interpretation.
My point wasn't whether I was agreeing or disagreeing with anyone. Some of these just don't seem like unpopular opinions is all I'm saying.. regardless of whether I agree with them or not
I've seen many say that they don't want an open world, there's been many tools for building tools that haven't surfaced for this iteration, and I've seen many suggestions that if something isn't in the game...well, just use mods and CC.
I apologise if I got it wrong, but that's how I interpreted the OP.
