.It doesn't matter how many expansion packs they add to this game e.g. university, farming etc, the game will remain a hollow shell as long as the sims remain in their current state.
.I have no interest in tiny objects and colour swatches, all these things do is "pretty up" the game, whilst the actual sims still have no personality.
.The sims gallery is filled with awful sim uploads that look more like "instasham models" than actual sims characters.
.Catering to lower end computers is a handy excuse to explain why this game lacks so many features. When in reality, it's simply poor design choices, poor implementation and a severe lack of foresight.
.Priority number one should be implementing the distinct personalities they couldn't shut up about just before TS4's launch. Everything else other than bug fixes, can wait.
.EA/maxis come across as hypocritical when they spend so much time talking about individuality and representation, when the sims are basically clones of each other and elders, men and kids have very little in the way of clothing, hair beards and so on.
Just to be clear, I am in favour of dlc's, additional items and colours, and everything else. The issue for me, is that these things should not be prioritised over expanding the gameplay of the sims themselves.
