@Redrose390 how do you call the landlord to come over?...anytime something breaks or so, I only get the option to hire a repairman.
When you click on the green fog, or the rats or the roaches you get the options to try to repair yourself or to complain to the landlord. Complaining makes your sim phone up and then the landlord comes over... or maybe not if your sim has a rubbish relationship with him/her. lol
