@Redrose390 how do you call the landlord to come over?...anytime something breaks or so, I only get the option to hire a repairman.
I was wondering this also. It appears that any objects in the game that you can buy that have the potential to break you can not ask the landlord to fix. All I've seen so far is that the landlord only addresses issues with pests or a broken trash chute.
