I strongly believe it's a safari pack. There are cats, elephants, an owl, a spider, a unicorn, a bear and a butterfly in the roadmap pic. Of course most of these animals have nothing to do with safaris, but the fact that there's a lot of animals is already a hint for me.
It's a theme that has never been done before (major first) and it's a great way for them to include more ethnic diversity in the game (which has been a concern for them in this generation and a request from the community).
Also, if the car rumors are true, they're probably coming in the patch before this pack, cause safaris = safari cars.
